This policy explains how FillR handles information collected through this website, launch-update requests, and business inquiries while the consumer apps and platform services are under development.
Effective date
July 29, 2026
Current scope
Website visitors, contact-form submissions, launch interest, and business inquiries.
Product scope
Mobile-app and platform-account privacy terms will expand this policy before public account launch.
We collect the information needed to respond and operate the website.
When you contact FillR, request launch updates, or ask about the business platform, we collect the information you provide, such as name, email address, company, role, inquiry type, and message content. We also collect standard technical information generated by browsers and servers, such as IP address, user agent, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs.
We do not currently collect payment information, insurance credentials, medical records, claim documents, app account data, or live appointment data through this public website.
How we use informationWebsite data is used for communication, launch planning, and security.
FillR uses submitted information to respond to inquiries, organize business-development conversations, provide launch updates when requested, improve website content, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, and maintain a secure service. We may use aggregated inquiry trends to understand which audiences are most interested in consumer, business, marketplace, insurance, or partner capabilities.
SharingWe do not sell website inquiry data.
We may share information with service providers that help operate hosting, security, analytics, email, CRM, or customer-support workflows. These providers are expected to use the information only to provide services to FillR. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, or business transfer.
Retention and choicesWe keep inquiry records only as long as useful for legitimate business needs.
Contact-form submissions may be retained for follow-up, audit, spam prevention, and relationship history. You can request correction or deletion of website inquiry information by using the contact page. Launch-update messages will include a way to stop receiving non-transactional communications when those updates begin.
Security and future product updatesThe policy will evolve before full account functionality launches.
The public site is served over HTTPS and access to inquiry submissions is limited to operational personnel. Before FillR launches consumer accounts, business portals, insurance workflows, payment features, or provider integrations, FillR will publish expanded product privacy terms that address account data, appointment data, payment processors, insurance clearinghouses, retention periods, regional rights, and consent flows in more detail.
